Camp Not-A-Wheeze is the American Lung Association in Arizona's week long summer camp adventure for children ages 7-14 with moderate to severe asthma.

DO YOU KNOW A CHILD WHO COULD BENEFIT FROM
•   Meeting other kids who also need to responsibly manage their asthma?
•   Participating in daily asthma management class to become more proficient and proactive?
•   Enjoying Camp activities knowing their asthma is well managed?

If so, please make sure they receive and turn in a Camp application right away!

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!

Come along for the experience as you:
•   Meet the medical needs of children with asthma
•   Teach children to manage their asthma
•   Network with other medical professionals
•   Enjoy great food, fun and prizes

Make plans now to be a Camp Not-A-Wheeze medical Volunteer.

All you need to be a medical volunteer is a valid medical license and CPR certification.

Course Description:

The 36th Annual Course of Pediatrics in the Red Rocks is a 3 day post-graduate course, jointly sponsored by Banner Health and the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. You should attend Pediatrics in the Red Rocks if you are a primary care or hospitalist pediatrician, pediatric subspecialist, hospital and/or university faculty, resident, medical student, or nurse practitioner. The course combines lectures, case presentations, question and answer sessions and workshops with time for informal interaction with the guest faculty and peers.

Course Credit:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Banner Health and the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Banner Health is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Banner Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
