Job description:
Busy, well-established privately owned pediatric practice in the North Phoenix area is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team, with a minimum of 1yr clinical experience in a pediatric setting. Candidate will be responsible for direct and indirect patient care. Responsible for performing evaluations and treatment protocols, well child care, newborn care as well as prescribing medications and generating referrals to specialists as needed. Requirements:
• Current & valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Arizona
• Pediatric NP certification (PNP) preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Full prescription authority with current DEA license
• Evidence of current medical malpractice insurance
• Ability to work independently
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time committed Pediatrician to join our Independent Privately Owned Practice. The successful candidate will provide medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, emphasizing preventative care, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and promoting overall well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine check-ups to monitor the health and development of young patients.
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions in infants, children, and teenagers.
• Administer vaccines according to the recommended immunization schedule.
• Offer advice on nutrition, safety, and overall wellness for pediatric patients.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Keep accurate medical records for all patients.
• Prescribe medications.
Experience:
• Experience in family planning and pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
• Proficiency in assessing vital signs and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Familiarity with addressing the needs of both older and younger children within the pediatric population.
• Medical Degree, Licensed, board certified, Current DEA
• Experience with EMR Systems
